The Sadhanapada 2019 program began on July 16, 2019, with over 800 participants from 32 countries arriving at the Isha Yoga Center, for 7 months of clarity, balance and intensity.

already booked my first IE and Shambavhi Mahamudra course and initiation in South Africa during October. I waited 2 years after following him and watching every video on KZread.I cant wait! Only Sadhguru wont be here himself

Just your flight tickets and INR 1000 for coming from airport to ashram. Rest everything is free, there is a supermarket if you wanna buy biscuits , milk etc.

Sadhanapada is meant for people to practise as well as volunteer in the ashram So you'll be assisting in the kitchen area & many such volunteering practices

Namaskaram.... As per the stay area and food is provided by the aashram by free of cost... Sadhana padha is 7 month intense course which starts from June and ends on February end or March first week... The condition to be part of sadhana padha is Inner engineering completion. The registration for sadhana padha will be open from March end or April first week every year.
