Trantra is not liberation . It is form of yogic processes.

In my early years of meditation, I experienced some very interesting mystical experiences and psychic phenomena. Yet, I can remember not being overly interested in these events. I was always interested in the ultimate; never the distractions. All the teachers and Masters say to not get overly involved in such things as they just keep you from focusing on what really matters. You can't be sure about this. Better train yourself and leave conciously whenever you want.

Sadhguru ji is very right. There is one similar example you can read about The Menacing Fakir Afzal in the book of Sri Paramhansa Yogananda. Afzal had such realisation to perform magical acts but he caused problems to people. Basically, the Divya Manas activated people can use immense will power to create or materialize things out of thin air often they are aided by other supernatural entities. They can do many other things as well. Later Afzal fakir realised his misdeeds and stopped his activities and repented. Do read this chapter which explains the similar concept Sadhguru ji has explained.

Spirituality is itself a miracle because the path to devotion and the science of yoga is enough to bring anyone close to God.

Sometimes when I think about someone whom i only met once, with full consciousness and emotion... I gotta started knowing everything about them even without encountering/talking.... And when later I reveal it to them what I know about them, they usually be shocked how I know all these things... Even I don't know what is this... The simplest way in which I can explain you this is - Do you want to be so strongly immersed or get identified with the psychic abilities or as Sadhguru said ' The grand mind ' that you get entangled in the karmic cycles of your mind. Once you get strongly identified with anything, karmic cycles becomes strong and distorts us from Truth. Moreover it later requires considerable efforts to get out of it, and till then suffering is inevitable, because identification with mind or body will always lead to suffering. So don't practice it conciously. Remember, we are not our body nor our mind.

Regarding the different stages that one transitions every 7 years.. physical, emotional, intellect, Divyamāna, total dissolution Is it possible to reach Divya māna outside the 20-27 years old period?
