No Equipment Needed, an intense abs workout. You can perform this workout anywhere and anytime. Bodyweight training hosts a plethora of benefits that will help create a better athlete. Stability, strength, power, mobility, spatial awareness, and conditioning are just a few of the benefits that bodyweight training can provide to you.
Structure
------------------------------
The workout lasts for 10 min and consists of 20 exercises with nor rest between.
Every exercise lasts for 30 seconds. This is a full-length workout so you can just follow it while you training.

    I do this with their famous full body workout and guess it is very hard but it is something that I do everyday... You can notice changes from 2nd week though

    One advice to make your accuracy much better is to put targets in those corners like a bottle(for the bottom corner) or a t shirt (for the top corner). Try do this with the correct Shooting technique as well
