Tip to people who wanna workout and be a better player. Do this video for 4-6 weeks. This video is easy and for beginners Then do this workout for 4 weeks -kzread.info/dash/bejne/l2qpj8WIibTfXaw.html As it is a medium level workout. Then do this for 6-8 weeks - kzread.info/dash/bejne/dYNhr9ipnJO3hbw.html As this is a hard one. Then do specific mostly specific body area workouts if you want or just continue the hard one. If your a beginner then do the workouts for 4-5 times a week (do it during holiday seasons or pre season.) And after you do all these do it 2-3 times a week. Also add plyometrics to these exercises (1-3 times a week) And do individual football training as well (1-3 times a week or when there is no team training) And keep 2 rest days for mental and physical recovery and do mobility,yoga, and if possible swimming on rest days. @@invicphoenix9655 Would it be okay if I skipped straight to the hard one? And thank you for all of this information, I’m not relatively new to workouts it’s just I’ve Been doing a lot of “body looking” type of workouts instead of sport based workouts if you know what I mean.

@@Zurky_ try it for 1 day. It is a hard one so if you only are able to do it for 8 min then don’t do that do the medium level one. Also for gaining muscles you need to lift weights.

Guys your doing great job its very useful but as a defender I'm looking for more particular things which include tackles and not getting beaten from fast and tricky attacker and if possible just make a videos regarding coach and their tactics etc

For a defender it's good to read an attackers movement before you approach them. That way it gives you the confidence to mark them under pressure. Also just work on reaction speed and agility, turning, when you facing an attacker you don't want your body to be straight but Mark them sidewards that way if they pass you. You can recover them again. From 1 baller to another. Your fitness needs to be at an elite level that's the main aspect. Fitness>> stamina, pace, confidence, tricks, turning, reactions and most important mentality

It’s been going pretty good. Hard to stay consistent, I realized this is a good workout but it doesn’t necessarily hit all of the body. So I would recommend going to a YT channel named “Club Kick” and do his full body workout. My body is looking better with that!

3:40 There’s actually a lot of benefits of doing lunges the way u said was incorrect, called the “ATG Split Squat”. Kneesovertoes guy on youtube goes more in depth on this. Great vid nonetheless

from personal experience I'd say on days you do not have training. as you don't want to feel fatigued and feel the delayed onset muscle soreness during training. whatever fits your schedule I guess I found out that if you can do it in the morning and your training is later in the afternoon you can fuel up and eat well before training like plenty of carbs so you still have energy so it all depends on you, nothing is right or wrong
