He should for sure because the pricing for a house down in Atlanta is freaking amazing compared to here in New York. A house like this in New York would be ranging from 13 to 14 and 17million

Wow! You can get/build stunning homes anywhere. What you can't get is space and a basement in Miami, at least at this price. Absolutely phenomenal backyard, and that bunkroom. Thanks for getting some night shots. That's the 1 thing I wish you'd do in Miami, those would be spectacular.

The listing says that it's a 3-car garage. My guess is that they decided it wasn't much worth showing.

This is a nice Georgia mansion, this is a lot of acres of land for the money. I will add a balcony in the second floor, and I will create a second-floor master bedroom, giving the house two master bedrooms. I will make all the beds in the bedrooms face the view. the TV wall blocks the view in the master bedroom. I will take out the seats in the pool to make the pool bigger. I will build a nice garden instead of a basketball court.

I'm from Miami, but I've been in Atlanta for several years. I never liked the houses here because they weren't as modern as the ones that appealed to me back home. Atlanta is starting to make more modern homes and the difference in price between MIA/ATL homes is crazy. Even though I miss my family, friends, the beach, and the recreational activities it looks like I'll be staying here a lot longer.

I am from Atlanta and I agree. I look at other luxury homes from other cities and they are extremely NICE! I don't know exactly what it is but the Atlanta mansions are not as elegant.

Hey Jason. What do you have for us today? Atlanta. Lots of stairs to the front door. Don’t care for the front elevation but amazing once you enter. Light and open. Love the staging and finishes. 10 gas burners. 2 microwaves. A whole other butlers kitchen. Nice powder bath. The en-suite to 😢the primary is 🔥🔥🔥. 2 water closets? Deep soaking tub. The shower🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼. Closet. Fireplace. A whole flex place. Gym:office. Whatever you want with access to the backyard. Amazing pool. Firepit. Outdoor kitchen for the the man in the leather sandals. 😂😂. Outdoor shower and bath. Yesssssss. 🙌🏼. 15 person hottub with peripheral outer seating. Love it. Yesss. Aunties hang out not in the sun. Tv. Basketball court. Lower level movie 🎥 theater 🎭. Bathroom. Sauna. Bunk room? Thats different. Kitchen area but no stove. That could make it a rental space. Guest room with en-suite. Game room. Upstairs bedrooms spacious with lovely en-suites.
