Thank you for encouraging us all to seek God and not Earthy wealth by dishonest means. But wouldn't you repent to God by the sacrifice that is Jesus the Christ (the Christ meaning the promised savior for all)? The Lord's prayer is how Jesus says we are to pray to God and we are to pray to God. -"Forgive us" and also to call down his ways to Earth. How we know his ways is by listening to What God says. God makes beautiful things, it even says heaven is more magnificent than these Earthy mansions. Yes, Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life, NO ONE get's to the Father without accepting the son, the son is the plan of God from the start and the only one that we are to ask to intercede on our behalf according to scripture. Jesus is God in the flesh, the Word of God in the flesh, the perfect lamb who was the needed sacrifice for death to pass over. Sorry if I sound like I am talking in riddles, repent simply means to reject the bad and seek God's good, build that relationship, surrender your wealth and all to God. Salvation is not just beliving God is real, even Demons do that. Salvation is not just being a good person, no one is good enough to get to heaven on their own, the plan God gave is Jesus. Read John 1-3, Exodus 12-14, and also Isaiah 53 & 54 and be blessed. Salvation in a nut shell is found John-Romans but why would God want us to stop there and continue to live selfish and allow the world to stay broken. He talks to us in scripture, the plan is for all, and our job is to share the goodness people have access to with everyone. God's will is that NO ONE goes to Hell. Hell is a real choice that some make as they reject God and his plan, Hell is where all the fake gods go and the issue we have today is many people make themselves their own god with their own truth. The person above is right with their name, "seek Him with all your heart and you will find Him." He isn't lost, we are, once you know God is real will you continue to follow him and his will, or will you choose your way, your truth, your ideas of how life should be? Will you choose the literal path to Hell, eternal separation from all that is God, all that is good?

this would be such an awesome house to have a whole family live in: grandparents, cousins, aunts and uncles. For a close knit family it would be a dream to live together but also have tons of space. One thing for sure, I can't imagine living happily in this house with a small family or god forbid living alone. It'd be just way too much unused space.

The family room fireplace off the kitchen is DISGUSTINGLY GOOD. Definitely the most beautiful and aesthetically pleasing home I’ve ever seen. Also props to whoever staged the home. It’s perfect.

We left New York City on a cold, sleeting Tuesday, landed in Atlanta, and drove north into them thar hills. We thought we had died and gone to heaven. Almost 40 years later, we've never looked back. Yep, that's Atlanta, probably the most heavily forested city in the US, and it does look like that! The summers are a little hot, however.
10 million is actually a pretty amazing price for a house like this.

Houses like this is a reasonable price, easy to buy and sell. To realistic people. I wish I could own this house with a blink of an eye.
Living anywhere in Atlanta is a blessing. If you can live there I guarantee you won't regret it. You never know who you'll run into. VIPs walk around without bodyguards and tend to be friendly.
I love it being so modern but chilly classic, you can really life there not like in those concrete Beverly Hills bunkers without any character and own vibe

Thank you for this video. I missed the home tour about 5 or 6 years ago when it was the Atlanta Holiday Home. I walked around the outside before they installed the gates. It was stunning then and is still stunning today. And I STILL WANT IT!
Classicly designed homes almost always look better than modern ones. There's so much more character and style. I can see this house being worth $10 million, compared to some other properties featured on this channel before. What what I'd love to see is a Mediterranean villa-style mansion at some point. I think those are the most beautiful homes one can buy. Of course, that's just my preference.

Unless You stick flatscreen TV's all over the walls, most at a height that isn't even useful( above the fireplace). I think the TV's ruin the look of the decor , so much money spent on design, only to have some electronic crap stuck on the walls to ruin it.

They're creating a supply of luxury houses that beats out the demand for them.

Where I live, there is a mansion on 10 acres for sale for $2,000,000 right on one of the lake shores. The biggest lake has 2 or 3 acre plots with palaces by the lake shore for $10,000,000 or so (possibly cheaper on the western shores due to lower county costs/taxes).
I love how the home is shot and edited...the guy in the video matches the vibe of the house...yet down to earth.
You've shown so many great places and in the last two videos where previously you feel like you've seen everything but then you are just blown away. Not a real estate person, I just like watching them because they are cool to see inside and look around even when you know you can't possibly afford it. You continue to do a great job visually with every video getting the aesthetics of every mansion.

Oh man! I'm in love with the exterior and backyard of this house, I love all the stones and details, it's very well designed. You get so much outdoor space and so much green, I thinks is so worth it. I really liked this home. Usually I prefer a more modern design but this home was so tastefully done both inside and out that I fell in love with it. I’m familiar with Atlanta and Buckhead and could easily live there. Excellent tour, Erik!

I absolutely love this home. The house would sale for 100 mill in my area. Everything was fabulous and the laundry room had me a bit excited. I don't say that at all. Ha I wouldn't use the sauna but the outdoor area is my favorite. I love the way that you show homes, the video guy is great and your suits fit you well.

This modern Château is majestically super fantastic . Classical , It feels home , warm and very welcoming. I will just have to be constantly making up stuffs to have friends , relatives over on weekends or to stay a bit over. I will need at least 4 full time house keepers, security guard, nanny , maids, a kitchen chief and so and so.

Huge study , but small master bedroom. Some of that space could have gone to the bedroom. Also a kids room on the third floor seems a bit dangerous lol

So I agree, but I can deal with the bedroom size because all you’ll be doing in there is sleeping. You have all the other parts of the master suite for other activities. Personally, I’m just super underwhelmed by the master bath and closet. They’re small for a house like this. The exterior is BEAUTIFUL, but I’m not crazy about how they used the space on the inside.
I came in skeptical, but this is a BEAUTIFUL home. Love how bright and warm every room is.
I KNOW exactly where this house is, you can see it while driving on the road. I love driving this area of Buckhead because it HAS SOME OF THE BEST LOOKING HOUSES in Atlanta✌🏼 Thank you Erik, THANKS to you I know how its interior looks. Very gorgeous.
A home of this size and on a lot like this would be more than $80 million if this is in LA.

This house is exquisite! All the rooms have great character but still blend into each other seamlessly. The natural light throughout the whole house give it a great feel too. There’s nothing I don’t love here. ❤️

I'm really surprised. In most of the times when I'm watching expensive buildings either I don't like them or they are just ugly but with this one. Wow! It's beautiful and real thoughtful design. Everything fits well with eachother. Just perfect!! Bravo to this desighner, more of thoes kind we need.
