This house, made me happy. I love how the designer and builder made so many nooks and crannies. The shelf in the hallway by the stairs, extra fridge in the pantry. How they designed had me and others in mind.

I can honestly say this house is breathtaking, exquisitely designed in a very minimalist style yet every attention to detail speaks to how luxurious the house makes the owners feel (if that makes any sense). My jaw dropped at the Owner's Suite Retreat-that whole section of the house is the owner's suite? Yes please. The living room\etertainment room is perfect for entertaining or family time.

From the staircases, multiple bedroom suites, open concept, blue cabinetry, high end appliances, multiple laundry areas, interior doors, outdoor living space, large windows throughout, high ceilings, etc. The attention to detail was not overlooked! IMO this has to be one of, or the best house that I've seen you list. And I've seen some gems that you've shown. But this one here is beyond beautiful and definitely takes the cake as it has everything one would want in a house.

Nice floor plan, open, with a lot of natural light. Almost perfect. Would not want my formal dining room to be a walk-through situation. The master suite needs to have a living space included, for what I am sure the asking price is. There should be a sitting area with a mini bar so you could have the option to not have to leave your room. And not just hang out in the actual bed. Thanks for sharing.

As a native ATLien who's been living in Michigan for the past few years, who suffers from arachnophobia, the 1st thing that comes to mind when I see this beautiful home is the giant wolf spiders, brown recluse, and the big ass giant flying cockroaches you gotta deal with coming from the adjacent wooded lots😔
