Glad you like it and yes, there is unlimited possibilities in the basement. Also, based on the listing agent remarks, the basement is already stubbed for an additional 2.5 bath.

Happy Monday Miss Janice, uhm, my favorite features of this home are tke kitchen, the owner suite bathroom, and backyard. i also love how spacios this house is; but that unfinished basement is a stick in my craw (so to speak). Wheree would I spend a good majority of my time in this house? Outside by the pool swimming or entertaining guests.

I saw this house on some else's home tour . The second room has a secret room behind the book shelf that wasnt shown in this video as well as a outside shower and bathroom near the room. I only remembered the house because of that hidden room from the second bedroom i loved.

This may be crazy but my favorite part of the come is probably the stairs and the catwalk

I would too.

I would have liked to have seen the basement level finished - especially for what I am certain the cost of this new home is. Additionally, the closest in the main bedroom did not appear to be appointed for hanging clothes. I know the first thing I look to is the closet, and how I can comfortably place all of my clothing. But, that pool is EVERYTHING! If I bought this house I would turn one of the bedrooms into a closet - just to have that pool!

Nice house. Does it have a gym and movie theater? Also, where are the front property gates or fencing along the driveway? Even with the long driveway, the house still looks too exposed. People can easily just be nosy and walk right onto the property from the other house right next door.

Hotcocoa, I totally agree with you. The owner's suite and kitchen are also my favorite and I can see myself spending a lot of time outdoor, except in the winter.
