For me this is a perfect 10! The layout, decor, finishes, privacy and proportions were very well thought through. No complaints at all.

10/10 ….thought of everything. The space, fixtures , hardwoods and the clean feeling. Nice community What a lovely home!✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨

WenD, this house does have all the bells and whistles. Met the builder when I was there and he had initially started to build the home for himself and family but then thought it was too much house, so decided to sell it instead.

I certainly hope that was a special artificial green turf around the pool. I just can't imagine going from grass straight into the pool. Grass particles would be all in the pool.

From what I seen the home is beautiful but the layout is confusing. I can't tell what is where from how you recorded it, but nonetheless, thank you for sharing. I'll need to hit the powerball to own this here!

Beautiful home and amazing layout! I definitely like the apartment style over the garage. My one con is and I had to watch the video several times is the washer and dryer upstairs in a bedroom tucked away. I would have preferred it being downstairs in that space off the kitchen. Because a house that size I wouldn’t want to carry laundry up and down the stairs.

I recall seeing 2 washer and dryer connections. One in the owner's suite and the other upstairs.

It's crazy, I used to watch your channel alot and say oooh those homes in Ga are lovely. Last yr my family and I moved to Kennesaw. We're right at the end of Kennesaw and the beginning of Acworth. I learned so much from your channel. Kepp up the great work.

Well, if that is the case.. they may be getting what they asking for it. I saw a home in Tenn. for 4.4Ms and was seeking that one out and since I liked it I knew it was going to sell because they priced it right. This one may be in the same boat as the 4.4Ms home.
