This is a beautiful modern design mansion. I like the porcelain island kitchen, I like the dining room, and I like the living room. I like the junior master bedroom with the bed facing the view. I like the master bedroom, master bathroom, and master closet. I don't like that the master and junior master bedrooms don't have balconies. Maybe the balconies can be installed. I like the 14 cars garage on the first floor, that is the reason the house entrance is on the second floor. In some house designs, the 14 cars garage will be in the basement and the house entrance on the first floor.

1. That coffee station can serve a busy Starbucks! 2. The table might be 50,000 years old but any granite or marble in the home would likely be over 100 million years old.. 3. Smart for them to raise all living spaces by another 6-8 feet above ground in case of hurricanes!

Appliances always come with the home. As far as furniture goes, it’s on an offer basis which means you offer what you think it’s worth. If I had to guess, I’d say it’s at least an extra $500,000-$1,000,000

Whats really hard to find out is on homes with docks they dont tell you what is the beam limit. Most places with side channels limit beam to like 20ft. I got to say pretty small main bath for a 19mill home. This place doesnt have a jet tub hell not even A tub at all in any of the bathrooms major failure. I guess if a family has a baby they can wash it in the sink.
