Amazing video max! Also im pretty sure the reason the ice cream machine didnt work is because there was slightly too much alcohol in the base, adding alcohol to liquid can dramatically lower the temperature it freezes

I’ve tried using liquor with making fresh ice cream, but I think it’s due to the alcohol content that it won’t ever freeze. Like all liquors, they never freeze but stay cold. But I liked the idea and design for your baked Alaska!

I made myself once crispy pork skin glazed with dark chocolate. It was like a porky, poor man's Snickers, which turned out amazing. Also, seasoning a steak with chocolate is brilliant, due to the chocolate having sugar, so you have a better crust.

Max I totally feel you on the cooking desert thing. I love cooking and I’m pretty decent at it, but I tried to cook my gf a banana cream pie and it was incredibly hard and turned out like shit lol

mole is literally just "put together whatever you have in the fridge and pray it tastes good" in mexican culture, or at least in my household.

As someone with a peanut and treenut allergy, I now know I need to be careful with mole sauce! Good to be informed.
