To my surprise I tripled my pressing strength in 30 days using the Kettlebell Armbar.
Following on from Nathan Baxters advice about using the Armbar to get a stronger bench press I decide to do this 30 day experiment with surprising results. Check out my recent video with Nathan where he schools me on how he set the Australian Bench Press Record that still stands.

    Only 3 mins of the Arm Bar every day. Nothing else.

    I have a chronically bad shoulder. I’ve been having some luck with weighted isometrics but I’ll start this tomorrow. I’ll let you know how it goes.

    @@the_shoulder_guy mobility is the foundation of my training At 75, everything is about range of movement.
