Strong & Weak Lats

Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

STRONG & WEAK…
All strength is task dependant. If you don’t challenge/stimulate it to change, it won’t.
Majority of the population don’t have lats that contribute anything meaningful to their daily routine therefore they dwindle, they lose their elasticity, their robustness and their flexibility disappears, mobility diminishes, pain appears and increases as a result. Now your shoulder is pissed.
But there is hope. HANGING is the simplest exercise you can do to start reversing it all.
Get at it.

Bloody great channel. I would actually be a case study for all of these videos. Had 2 labral repari surgeries and am currently fighting to get pain free mobility after 2 years. Lat tight and strong and infraspinatus also incredibly tight. Still have adhesive capsulitis after 2 years and tight pec major/minor so plenty to work on. Also have thoracic compression from an old rugby injury which causes impingements and pain in rhomboid and neck/traps. Office lifestyle and gym consisted of heavy bench and deads with little mobility work in between. Anyway I'm more active now in gaining mobility and strenghtening these muscles. Hopefully get a nice big dranatic release one day hanging from the bar cause my shit is so seized up right now.

Thanks Niall. Full on. Thanks for the insights. Adhesive capsulitis can be a tricky one but is possible to change once you find the trigger. Let me know if you need any specific help.

Absolutely Ryan. Here is one I’ve done before. Be gentle to start as it can be quite sensitive and intense. Anterior Shoulder Pain Relief: Subscapularis Release kzread.infoI-X82BqPEH4?feature=share
