I just started getting into weight training. I love the muscle anatomy videos. Very well explained, great info!
Thank You! Appreciate how an explanation for what type of exercises strengthen the muscle groups you are talking about! really great presentation!
This videos are sooo good, please do more with individual muscles like this
Thanks so much for the excellent video. 👏 It’s a video I’ll continue to rewatch. I had a cervical fusion done 2 yrs ago, then 6 months after that I had a rotator cuff surgery. I’ve been in extreme pain since my rotator cuff surgery. The surgeon who did the rotator cuff should’ve known to wait before having surgery so soon.
This video is just second to none. You have explained it so precisely. Many thanx!

Considering how it is attached to the spinous process, should the Lattissimus Dorsi not have some postural function?
@anatomyzone i have pain in the rear muscled attached to the humeral head from the back , i dont know if this muscle is the latisimuss or the terres major
Very helpful 👍. thank you

Start eating healthy, loose weight and drink A LOT OF WATER it may sound counter intuative but work out! Lightly with weights
Awesome, proven gym science student here
Wonderful video. Just 1 thing. Wish when you focused in and explained the movements and what muscles are involved with said compound movement, it was animated. It's animated when first mentioning the lats movementss but later on when closing in and explaining in detail the arm is stationary. Would do wonders for that visual to be animated. Cheers!
