Instant Shoulder Mobility With This 1 Exercise - Infraspinatus Release

Infraspinatus Release
The infraspinatus attaches from the border of the scapula to the outside of the humerus and works as the main external rotator of the humerus bone. Whether it's short, tight, strong, weak... it needs some love.
This muscle forms the posterior part of the rotator cuff and is a common place to look when #shoulderpain exists.
A beneficial practice before trying to strengthen the infraspinatus is to release it using a ball against the wall. Do this exercise for a couple of minutes then re-test your overhead mobility range. You'll feel like you've got a new shoulder.
If you found this valuable don't forget to share it with someone else who needs to see this!
