I was never flexible at all but bc of her stretching routines I now have my right and left over splits, Scorpion and a lot more that I’m so thankful for, keep going ur doing so good

I exercise every day and I was a cheerleader for a long time so I have very flexible hips but I'm just now getting back into the flexibility stretches. I am so proud of you, your doing so well.
I did her stretch routines too I wasn’t very flexible at all the thing I really wanted to get was my split so I did her routines every day over the summer 2 summers ago and ever sense I have been able to do splits, over splits and better back bends! Her stretch routines are very helpful I am going to start them again for more leg and back flexibility!

I have watched Anna for almost a year and learned so many things! The only thing I want to learn and work on now is walking in a backbend around my whole school with no breaks!! Wish me luck!!

I do it a lot. It works really well and I am proud. ❤keep going i can touch my toes and i definetly see improve in felxibility its been 12 days. Hope to achive my spits, oversplits ❤

I remember when i also used to do Anna Mcnulty stretches and I was so proud of myself when I got my front and back splits and could touch my toes. But bc of school now I dont really have time to stretch in the morning. It has been a year since I did her stretches and I cant even touch my toes now 😢

That’s really awesome! I wanted to get my splits so I started doing her stretches in January and did them consistently every day for 3 months. At the beginning, I was not even close and now I can do the splits!
OMGG, after i watched this video (abt 2-3 weeks ago) I started doing it (still am),my back flexibility is getting better, i was already flexible but only on my legs,thanks to her im almost doing a bow pose,seal strech and backbend!!
Hi there! I also follow some of anna's stretch routines and I was not flexible at all. It took me 6 months to be able to do the front splits and another 6 months for the middle splits.
I’ve actually been using her routines for a year. I used to be the most inflexible person, but now I have all three of my splits and I almost have my needle.
as someone with a very good flexibility, i'm so proud of you!!! It's really important to do the stretch after really warmed up, u did great!

Anna Mcnulty is the best I have been doing her videos for years and because of that I can do a triple fold!

Hi I’ve started doing her back stretches to be able to do a chest stand and I’m already Decently flexible but I’ve been doing it for 4 days now twice a day for about 30 mins just doing it over and over and I think I’ll be able to do a chest stand in like 1 or 2 weeks time also your doing rlly great! 🎉

I tried her split challenge and I got my splits in 5 days!! Well that was bc I already did gymnastics a long time ago but I quit 2 years ago but I was still a lil flexible but I still recommend it!!
I am naturally flexible I have always been able to do the splits backbends and those things I use Anna's stretching routines to maintain flexibility
Because of her I can drop down to my backbend, Chin stand and loads more. I love Anna McNulty❤❤❤

I did the splits one for 1 week and I’m in my splits ❤🎉(middle splits)
I just started her split challenge and she put on a modified picture of how it should look like and I can't even do that 😂 hopefully I'll be able soon I'm only on the fourth day of stretching and I think I already see the difference
I would say my level would be like medium, because like I can do the splits, but I just can’t touch my toes have my legs in front of me and touch my toes but thank you for the idea and inspiration I’m gonna try this and I will come back on your first posted video and tell you how I am going

I want to get flexible but I don’t stretch. I had to do online fitness classes bc of health stuff. Any tips to get into getting flexible
