I like the leg grab at 3:22 or so. Reflects skateboard grabs and parkour grabs on flips.
I came to this concept of relaxing under tension while doing weightlifting and it had a great transfer to climbing and parkour, but I never thought it would apply on this way too and become a protagonist itself. :)
