I Stay In The Most HAUNTED Castle In Wales!
Craig y Nos Castle is known as the most haunted castle in Wales. It is the former estate of acclaimed 19th-century opera singer, Adelina Patti - once one of the world’s most famous women!
What's it like to stay overnight! I'll check out the most haunted parts of the hotel and enjoy dinner and breakfast! But will I see any ghosts?

Hi Tim. It was very nice to meet you. It was my pleasure to show you around the derelict part of the castle. Caught some activity on camera which is fantastic. You're always more than welcome for a return visit for an in depth investigation and also go to some other areas of the Castle too. Please let me know and I'll arrange something for you. Paul. Having watched Tim and Gaby's video on Walk with me Tim Extra I can now clearly see at Tim's waist level standing a little way behind Tim a young girl, she is wearing what I would describe as a typical Victorian/Edwardian Hat Wide Brimmed Straw Hat with a ribbon around it, you can clear see her shoulders and I think the start of her dress or smock, this is so interesting, no wonder Tim slept with his lights on, Super

I used to do tours of a historic house & one day felt a huge pressure in one of the old rooms as though there were about 100 more people than could be seen in the room & a young girl on the tour fainted. I also felt my hand being held by an invisible hand when walking down the main staircase from one of the rooms which was known to be haunted.
Things that go bump in the night, should Not give one a fright. It’s the hole in each ear that lets in the fear, that and the absence of light. A poem by the great Spike Milligan. Thank you Tim.👍

A baby sardine saw her first submarine and she cried when she looked through the peephole. “Oh come, come, come, said the sardine’s mum, it’s only a room full of people.” God bless Spike!
My granddad's brother was there with TB in 1928. It was earning a reputation of being spooky then. Craig y Nos means Rock of the Night, so very apt.

I was wondering if that was the original name, I'm trying to learn Welsh, and thought that was the meaning
Beautiful looking estate… I’m more than happy to live this experience vicariously through you
I stayed at this hotel when I was a kid. The first evening there was a power cut, I was stuck in my pitch black room all by myself. That really creeped me out.
I live near here. In 2006 after completing cancer treatment I renewed my marriage vows in the theatre. It’s a beautiful place, the staff are lovely. It’s a very popular wedding venue. The park next door is lovely too, I go there often. So lucky to have this on my doorstep.
Went to Craig y nos with my daughter on a ghost Hunt. Absolutely loved it. Our bathroom was lovely. I'm spooked at everything, so I asked a member of staff why there were scratch marks on our door.....it was an animal friendly room and a dog had done it. Phew. 😄👻 Loving this channel. 👍 We all got to take photos in the derelict rooms...and at the window, we all caught what looked like a small pale faced child, in a flat cap. Very strange.

The masonry of the castle walls are a work of art really.
This is my fav so far. I'm going to visit that place for sure!!! Going to look at the haunted ones you've done now! Thanks for posting!!!
Love these spooky episodes! I was always a huge fan of ghost hunting shows, especially the English ones. I’d love to be a paranormal investigator but at the same time I’m a huge coward and get scared so easily 😅 When I went to a prop haunted house I closed my eyes the entire time and just let my friends drag me through. You’re very brave staying there overnight! I think I would have just stayed up all night, freaking out. Hope you’ve got another spooky episode coming up for us!

This was Most Haunted With Tim! This was absolutely fascinating. I actually got into the abandoned and very scary Denbigh Asylum many years ago. I also visited the theatre in Bacup, Lancashire and that was wild, very spooky indeed. I’ve been a believer in the spirit world. Amazing video Tim! What a fascinating place!
I’m going there in October! Can’t wait. Thanks for the tour xxx
Omg, I would definitely stay in a place like this. I've always had a fascination for all things unknown and spooky things. I can see why this place would attract ghost hunters.
Hello Tim, anything like this i do watch, creepy noises when you went in the haunted side.what a place to visit and see.the food choice is very nice.awesome video.
Shame that those top two floors have been abandoned; I can understand the historical importance, but still… Fancy leaving those poor ghosts in such a rotten mess!
wow love the video tim
Absolutely brilliant vid!👻The strangest thing is that I realised instantly when you went on the ghost tour, that for years I've had this recurring dream of a building where I am supposed to live and there is a door that opens into a derelict part of the upper floors which is almost exactly like the haunted part of your tour...especially the actual door to that part of the building. It sent chills down my spine watching it. How odd to actually see something for real that on and off I've been seeing in a dream since I was young. Goodness me, not sure I could watch that again...I feel quite creeped out! 👀👀 Great presentation though Tim. I wouldn't have slept either! x J x

Hi Tim Your braver than me. When hubby and I first met, we lived in a flat I woke up in the early hours and saw a ghost. Hubby thought I was dreaming until the lady's hubby said he had a ghost as well. The hotel seemed really nice, but I couldn't stay there I'm a whimp. The corridors were really narrow, looked very interesting. The food look good especially the desert, bet your wife was really jealous of you. Thanks Tim enjoyed the video.

Another amazing post! I've seen about 25 of your's so far and there are several pieces of furniture in this castle that are absolutely exquisite! Wow, wow, and several of the rooms are amazing. The outside is really amazing too! Thank you for taking all of us! ps I studies, broke as a bone, in London for half a yr yrs ago and never took a liking to the stewed tomatoes or beans for breakfast, lol...One of the short trips I took while studying in London was to the Brecon Beacons so I must have been close to the castle. Best, from Colorado!
Top notch, as ever Tim.. Also a huge fan of beautiful historic (and ocasionally) haunted places Just about to download some Patti. 😁

If you haven't already I would suggest staying in the golden fleece in York. It's one of the most haunted pubs in the UK and when I stayed there I was super uncomfortable the entire time.
Some of those un-numbered doors are probably rooms for staff but also they need rooms to store supplies etc.
Hiya Tim, enjoying watching your vlog, beautiful castle hotel, looks very spooky, love old furniture,
This was spooky ! Great video 😊
I enjoyed that, thank you. I didn't vibe any hauntings BUT I knew instinctively from the first seconds of you walking in that it had been an old hospital. I would love the chance to look at the old medical stuff!
Hi Tim thanks for video, really like it , but it's looks really spooky too, feeling like some one else there too. Definitely good idea sleep with lights on.

Great that you got to see the other side of the castle, I wonder how many people were truly aware of what could be above or next to their heads; as you said in the vid 😅
Really enjoying the spooky content. This castle-come-hotel looks spectacular. Don't know if I'd be game enough to stay. 🤔 Lovely stuff.
Great history to this building. Opera, tb, ect. Nice walks around the small lake and woodland. Oh and dont forget the famous cave system just up the road. Travel a little bit further the brilliant walks within the Brecon Beacons.
The history of the castle having a theater was fascinating. I could almost hear the lady singing for her friends and family in such a wonderful room, which must of been quite an evening for well dressed couples back then.
great video and such a beautiful place, we have driven past a number of times but have never been in. Leaving one half of the castle as it was is one of the unique selling points that the beautiful building has, I hope they leave it as it is but keep up with essential repairs as it is as it is a little bit of history

Hi there Tim, your video just came up on KZread and have to say I really enjoyed. Locally, many people refer to the location as madame patti's and obviously also known as Craig y nos Castle. It's a beautiful location being nestled at the foot of the black mountains at the very top of what's known as the Swansea valley. I'm in the Swansea City area and madam patti's is known for multiple historical past events so to say. Not to mention the horrific suffering that many children witnessed at the hands of TB, to madame Patti herself and her wonderful piano playing etc. Now of course, it's a place where people get married, go on ghost investigations, or simply go to stay over night for the atmospheric. Thanks for creating this video and majestic part of Wales. Best wishes from Swansea.
Very cool Tim you have the greatest job ever
Spent a few nights there at weddings.. And had no idea it was considered haunted! Its an amazing place with a super chill vibe.

Hello Tim, I have lived in several haunted houses. If you really want to stay in a haunted place go to the Red Lion in Cosham, Portsmouth. On no account let them give you a room at the end of the corridoor on the top floor, the ghost there attacked & injured me! If you take a room on the middle floor about half way along the corridoor on the right you will find that your toiletries repeatedly fly off the bathroom shelf, no matter how carefully you place them, though the shelf is very firmly attached to the wall & completely steady & is not at all affected by slamming doors. You may also hear footsteps in the corridoor at night & soft knocking on the door. I would not open the door, just in case. It seems to be safe to stay in those rooms. I stayed there when visiting an elderly relative & not having my own transport I was obliged to stay there several times. If you stay closer to the staff flat, there does not seem to be any haunting there.

Take a couple of friends with you. It was only when I stayed at the end, on the top floor that I was attacked. After that I took the precaution of not staying on that floor, or at that end of the building again & asking for the phone number of the staff flat in case I needed assistance in the night. There was a palpable feeling of intense anger at that end of the corridoor. The feeling of not being wanted there. The staff do not tell you anything but they clearly know about the haunting. The very nice ladies that make the beds etc will only enter the rooms two at a time. I stayed three times about half way along the middle floor & it was fine. Just don't take any breakable toiletries, after putting them back on the shelf half a dozen times I gave up & left them in a bag in the bath. After which my comb did mysteriously transport itself from the bathroom to the bedroom. I do not know how.
