I love when a player allows a contect creator to have content and let 'm play out whatever they're playing out. The finish to the game was an honorable move. I like it.

I played against CGB playing deck the other day. I ended up beating him, but right at the end of the game he tutored for a card but conceded before playing it. I was hoping to make it into the video to see what it was. I would ask what it is but I know the response will "No Questions!"

You can sell your paper cards though, so is it really? You buy a taiga today for 400 and you sell it in a year for 500, you spent money, but you didn't lose value, right? Not all cards increase in value, but if you put money into arena, you can be sure that it's gone forever. It's like buying a house vs renting a house

@@Kryptnyt if only every card price goes up or stay which is not the case, and especially not with played card as you definitely not selling it for mint condition. Plus you also need to consider the binder and sleeve cost on top of the cards cost, it all will add up, buy only 1 set of sleeve and you spend all your time to sleeve them again and again...

The way you ended game 3 was really nice. I like the style.

The gifted win was humble. I really appreciated that!

I played against this once. When they played paradox engine, I just left to do other things and came back after making dinner.

White could be an okeyra deck with creatures that return a creature you control back to hand. Infinite 4/4 zombies Mono red is already a storm color. All you need is that igneous totem or goblin or whatever the creature that just says pay 3 mana, return to hand.

@@cbinette100 yeah there's a ton of support, creatures that add one red mana when you cast a spell, etc. step one make infinite mana, step two, find card advantage, step 3 any number of flashy finishers

Apparently CGB's premium subscription applied to the deck itself and not his account because I've played 3 games since crafting the deck and all 3 have been perfect openings on the play that let me go infinite on turn 5 each time. (edit) Thanks for bestowing this gift upon us CGB!

It says "Put a card you own from outside the game into your hand." and that means that it can grab from exile

The way I see it since Paradox Engine is banned in Commander this is the place to show why, I’m all for it. In a world with the One Ring you gotta use and abuse it *harder*

CGB this is my first time commenting but I got matched against you the other night in brawl and you were using Emry. I only played lands on each of my turns until you were able to go off and finish the combo. Saved the screenshot too! Unfortunately you didn’t give me the same treatment as Deathmask 😂

It works with any infinite mana combo, and Commander has a million of those. Not sure if there's any good ones in mono black, though. (Infinite colorless is enough - you can use Phyrexian Altar to get the black mana you need if you have infinite colorless by sacrificing Acererak in response to the trigger.)

Now build an Acererak deck that goes into Tomb of Annihilation.
