    dude, i'm struggling with seborrheic dermatitis and brain fog issues. Currently on keto, but can't go zero carb, I get super dizzy when standing up, with hearth palpitations. Brain fog and skin improved. Honey, natural and raw, gives me total flare ups. life is just too complicated, damn

    Really great video! This reminds me of the candida diet which is actually helpful with healing the gut (source of skin issues and other health-related discrepancies). Giving up refined sugar, pizza, and pasta is hard but it’s worth it for optimal health-especially if inflammatory foods have been over consumed in diet.

    was the opposite for me, red meat caused psoriasis like lesions on my scalp after going full carnivore. Stopped and everything went better, now trying to reintroduce red meat. Pork seems to affect me the worst.

    It's called Glyphosate and it's in wheat, soy, oats, beans, peanut butter, corn, and the rest of the shitass crops like this. Go Canada! I have the same problems, and I agree, a diet change is the solution. Meat, rice, fruit and vegetables is the way to go for me.

    I think he means things that yeast feeds on, like breads and stuff with added sugars. Whenever I eat a bunch of rice or pasta or something very sugary like a pastry, I experience problems. No issues with fruit though!

    Fruit and honey and sugar from dairy (lactose) are perfectly fine for my body. I’m talking about processed sugars and added sugars and cakes and pastries and sugary coffees and Starbucks drinks.

    Great video. But is this sustainable? Means that you cannot go on holiday, visit friends, eat out or even work. This works if you work from home. It would be interesting to see what your diet looks like on a daily basis.

    So you changed from Keto diet (only protein and fat) to Animal based diet (where you add fruits and honey but not processed sugar, pasta, bread and rice, potatoes...)?

    Correct! I eat an Animal Based Diet with animal fat and animal protein at the core of what I eat and then I add fruit and honey as well and it works incredibly well with my scalp. Not to mention all the nutrients, vitamins, and minerals I get from the added fruits and honey.

    I think he gets his carbs from fruits and vegetables, milk also has some carbs, I tried getting carbs out from my diet but it really made me feel low at energy, wouldn't recommend

    Alex try also to remove Dairy as well .. .. Also sport is importortant sweating is good yeast on skin does not like it.. In Philipines my body was sweating non stop my skin was perfect.. I ma not sure if I agree with so much fruits as fructose is sugar.. If we have yeast and fungal infection in Gut.. What ever is sweet like honey or fruits fungal Will enjoy it
