Nizoral clears my hair and face really fast. Even though its a shampoo you can use it on your face as well .

Just started using Neutrogena T/Sal shampoo, and it has 3% salicylic acid! Saw great results in one use! Be sure to follow the directions for best results!

What percent is it? I use PC 2% BHA on my face and have never thought to put it in my scalp but my seborrheic dermatitis is HORRIBLE on my scalp and I can't seem to get rid of it, so I definitely want to try this!

I got you BRO. Stop eating carbohydrates and dairy. Only eat fat and protein. It’ll go away 100%. Trust me. Carbohydrates and dairy increase insulin which increases IGF-1 which increases sebum (skin oil) production. Excess sebum feeds the fungus on the skin causing all of the symptoms. Once u stop eating carbs and dairy, Insulin goes down, so does IGF-1 and the oil production goes down. All sebborheic dermatitis goes away. Even acne will go away completely as well

So what do you do to protect scalp from uv rays after this? Since they advertise this for the face, they say always later it with a sunscreen as this 2% can react with uv I guess. May be I’ll use in the night only

Yes I do I actually used them and it didn't work. I need it to stay on my scalp. Applying a shampoo and rinsing it off does nothing to help it for me. There are other brands that sell salylic acid if this isn't in your budget. I use this on my face as well.
