Hi everyone! (please read this whole comment for updates below!) Please download my E-book here: www.amazon.com/How-Clear-Scalp-Psoriasis-Naturally-ebook/dp/B081L5R6NX In the E-book, I made a FAQ section with more than 25 questions and answers and I am almost 100% sure that you will find the answer to your question in the E-book (sorry I do not have time to answer the same questions I get everyday so I will not answer or reply to comments/messages with answers that you can find in the E-book). Please note, I am not a doctor and I do not have all of the answers but if you follow my routine for at least a month, and if you have the same problem I do, then you should feel relief and see progress. I cannot give advice about alternatives because I have not tried alternatives (besides I did not like coconut oil or olive oil). If you can't or won't use the products I recommend, then please don't ask me because I do not know, sorry! You can try it out for yourself and let everyone know in the comments. 2021 Updates!: 1.) Here’s a new tutorial (i made in 2021) on my ASMR channel how to the do oil treatment: kzread.info/dash/bejne/i6SBvJZqZNDQqdo.html 2.) If your seborrheic dermatitis is flaring up and the treatment isn't working as good as it usually does for you, try out Ketoconazole 2% shampoo! It's the only dandruff shampoo that works for me: amzn.to/3qzQyDV 3.) And also: I forgot to say how important it is to NOT itch your scalp and do not scrape the flakes out. Layers upon layers of flakes will develop if you itch/scratch your scalp so just let the flakes fall out on their own while doing the oil treatments :) 4.) ALSO - I forgot to say: Do NOT let normal shampoos and conditioners touch your scalp! The only thing that should touch your scalp for the rest of your life is the Dr Bronners, ACV, and the hemp oil. At the end of the video I recommended a normal shampoo in case you have trouble washing out the Dr Bronners soap but I rarely use it - I only use it if Dr. Bronners is stuck in my hair. Usually, the Dr. Bronners is enough to give me beautiful voluminous hair (I always wash twice with it to get a more clean feel). 5.) If you can't wash out the Dr. Bronners, it might be because your hair is too dry - so during the oil treatment, apply the hemp oil to your *hair* too! This moisturises the hair and makes it much easier for the Dr Bronners to be washed out :) (Sometimes it takes 2 showers to wash out all of the oil) Also, use more ACV to get softer hair. 6.) Also, I will be buying a spray bottle soon so that I can spray my scalp with water instead of getting my hair super soaking wet before doing an oil treatment because the hemp oil washes out of the hair MUCH easier when the hair is mostly dry. :)

Hi Lamblike! I am 54 and have had seborrheic dermatitis/folliculitis for over thirty years and recently found some relief from this frustrating condition. I visited a new dermatologist three weeks ago concerning another issue I had, she checked my scalp, told me my scalp was clear, and there was no signs of seborrheic dermatitis. I intend on sharing what I've learned in a youtube video soon and write an ebook about what I learned. You have some great tips here! Thank you! I will share the link to your video here and your wonderful ebook in my youtube video and ebook soon. Thank you so much for sharing!

I was going to my dermatologist three times a week doing light therapy. It cleared it up to making 30%….come to find out I was severely D deficient and was put on one 50,000 IU pill once a week. It took 18 months of that high of a dose but it cleared my psoriasis up! I now take 5,000 IU per day as maintenance. Vitamin D tests are relatively inexpensive if you don’t have insurance. Thank you so much! Really good routine! I personally needed more weeks of each oil treatmemt cycle to get results but my psoriasis was really inflamed when I started. Now I'm in remission and it's such a relief! :D So if anyone struggles with results: Maybe do each oil treatment cycle for one or two weeks longer than suggested in the video. And if anyone can't use hempseed oil for whatever reason: Try coldpressed walnut oil. It seems to have similar properties. Works equally good for me! :)

The only change was doing the trick to wash the oil out of dry hair to speed up the washing out process. And diluting the apple cider vinegar (to avoid burning the scalp) and diluting the Dr. Bronners with some water (it seems to be less drying on the scalp when it's not full strength).

Hi! Thank you for much for this tutorial! I've just started and am hoping my scalp responds well to it. Unfortunately the diluted apple cider vinegar rinse triggered eczema all along my hairline and neck, so I had to stop it. Instead, to wash out the hemp oil, I now use 100% Pure's Burdock and Neem shampoo (with only natural ingredients) + any of their natural conditioners. This shampoo can wash out the hemp oil with just 2 shampoos (just make sure the 1st shampoo is done on dry hair, just like the video says). Hope this helps anyone else who is sensitive to the apple cider vinegar!

It is one thing to sort out the outward signs of psoriasis (and can be a relief) but sorting out internal inflaiton linked with diet can sort out the root. I'm on carnivore, total elimination diet, and scalp and nail psoriasis improving massively and best they have been in a decade. Not disrespecing your advice but diet changes can make a permanent difference (could be sugrars, wheet, alcohol all sorts of stuff triggering the psoriasis) Fix internally to fix externally

So glad you're back, thank you so much for this new video!! Will definetely try this dry-hair shampooing because after trying the treatment for the first time yesterday, I was completely unable to remove the oil from my hair even though I washed them like 6 times. I don't have a great shower head (no pressure and not removable), I'll see what I can do. I wanted to ask you however what kind of improvement should I be seeing on my scalp. Here is my situation : Usually, the psoriasis spots on my scalp are quite « dry ». I have to scratch them with my nails to have them fall off (which is not good I know, I don't do it anymore). After the treatment, the plaques are still there and as big, but definetely nos as yellow and gross-looking. Also, now, a simple touch of the finger on them will have them fall off. Is it a good sign, does it mean the spots are healing? Also, should I be (very very gently) removing those plaques or should I avoid touching them at all costs? Thank you! :)

Though , i had a flare up recently after going lax on my use , so i had to re engage my use programme a. My dairy intake has a negative impact on my psoriasis, cheese is a terrible thing for me and i like cheese , and now and again i forget because things were going so well so diet control is a major factor as well as improving the intake of certain minerals & vitamins those that make make a difference for me are magnesium, zinc, and vitamin d. I should add in taking on board what's recommended here to assist the conditioning of the scalps moisture retention with hemp oil maybe be tried with it, i use organic virgin coconut oil in a similar manner to help in conditioning my scalp. but i will after watching this trial the hemp oil.

I wonder if it would be more efficient to put the warmed hemp oil in a bottle with a thin tip nozzle (i.e., hair dye bottles). Or how about using a hair dye brush to *gently* brush the oil onto the scalp? It just seems either way would be more efficient and direct. What do you think?

Isn’t it just applying the ACV that caused remission ? Why bother with the hemp oil and specific soap then ? Isn’t it that the psoriatic plaques are due to yeast overgrowth, and that the vinegar is what actually ended up killing the yeast ?

I have very thick hair so i searched for shaving hair to cure psoriasis, thinking that might make it easier to treat. Mine is just in the back of my head so I was thinking about just shaving the part. Can you tell me if you shaved your head when you started this treatment and if so, do you think it helped to get the products onto your scalp? Thanks
