Here's why I love this video. It's real. Josh has made great progress in 66 days, but it's not one of those transformations where you immediately question whether or not he's had 'help', or if he's lying. His transformation is exactly how it will go for the majority of people watching this video. He didn't go from 135lbs bench to 315lbs in 66 days. He saw realistic results. This video should be a must-watch for people wanting to start this journey, so they can see how small improvements over time contribute to not only a change in physique, but more importantly - a change in attitude. Well done Josh - and kudos to Will for investing into others. Looking forward to the next update!

Absolutely. And realistically this work will start really compounding over the next few months. My first 3 months my weight loss was just OK but in months 4-6 I shed weight hard because you get in a better groove of working and cutting calories.

Very inspiring, I am in a similar situation. My son was born 2 weeks ago but during my wife's pregnancy I got lazy, started picking up bad habits and got up to a shocking high of 262 lbs. (I'm about 6'1 for reference) In January a friend of ours passed away from heart issues and I decided to get myself checked out to be on the safe side. Found out cholesterol is elevated and decided enough was enough. Put myself on a strict diet and exercise plan and 2 months later I'm weighing in at 233! With a newborn here now it is definitely tough to find the time and motivation but videos like these keep me inspired. Great work and best of luck continuing on your journey!

I was nervous to watch this video because I've been working with a personal trainer and struggling to see dramatic results in a short amount of time. But this stuff takes time, and there has been change, it just takes awhile! I was nervous I was going to see this guy shredded in 60 days and I'd be wondering what I've been doing wrong-even though I've been working super hard. But not at all, this is super realistic and this guy should be proud of the progress he's made. Change takes time. Consistency over intensity. I'm glad there's people like Will making content like this.

Grats on the progress! I had a feeling Josh would succeed from seeing where he was in the first video. He seemed to have a pretty solid foundation that just needed a few simple corrections and that little nudge of accountability to really get going. Also kudos for showing realistic progress in a realistic timeframe, especially for us later arrivals to the fitness scene. Fitness progress can really feel like a series of rounding errors unless you zoom out and look at where you were 2-3 months ago, and it doesn't help when our bodies love to throw plateaus at us for a week or three at a time. That pull-up will happen, and it shouldn't be too far off! I managed my first unassisted sets once I got my body weight below 190.

Hate to be that guy but I have to be that guy. Squat depth needs a ton of work. Dropping my ego for better squats is the best thing I’ve done in a while

Could be some kind of issue, I can't go that deep on a squat because I've had multiple knee injuries and have scar tissue in my knee so it literally just doesn't bend that much

@@xTheNameisEthan it looks like a mobility/stance issue. The best way to fix mobility is to drop weight and exaggerate the movement to let your body get used to it. In your case this probably doesn’t apply, but ignoring a basic mobility issue for the sake of your ego is never a good idea

@@xTheNameisEthan problems with knee flexion are typically less about mobility and more about tendon/ligament wear and tear. It’s definitely still treatable, but not by simply doing the movement. If you don’t know him already, “Knees over toes guy” could be a great resource for you

I am so jealous of this. I am a skinny fat 28 years old Italian who struggled his whole life with sticking to a weight loss diet / healthier lifestyle journey. It would be so great to have the opportunity to meet Will and have his support in the same way. Like this for him to see this and make it a series to help people around the world to get in shape.
