I don’t understand people who are hating on this guy. He’s literally doing a long term experiment on himself and there is a high possibility that some of the data we get from his life experience may be used in the future to help us, normal people to live longer and healthier. He doesn’t ask for money, doesn’t preach to us to change our lives or anything. Just doing his own thing that he clearly likes.

He probably likes the attention. And when you are as old as him it is easier to want to make smart lifestyle choices because you already got the unhealthy party days over with and out of your system. And when you are as rich as him where you don't have to work then hey why not dedicate your life to being as healthy as you could be? But I agree with the attitude, he has a good one. I have new and different approach for longevity. Somebody asked me, what is the secret of long life, I smiled and said LIFE. Life is like money, the more you have, the more you spend, the more you have, the more you can live. If we can increase the quantity of life, we can live very very long life. The scientific approach is not effective as it focuses on death not life. If you have life, death is not an issue. Please help me connect with the world. I want to help the world. @@ok-mj4xm My guy, aging is not a disease. It is the natural and inevitable ending of all organic life on this planet. Billions of years of evolution have crafted beings so intelligent and so complex that we can't even dream of recreating something similar. Every organism has a predetermined maximum lifespan for a reason. Decay and entropy are the ways of the world and the only way that the cycle of life can move on. Prolonging the lifespan of the rich and famous only helps bottleneck the natural cycle, contributing to the very real problem of overpopulation that is ruining this world faster than anything. Resources are already scarce, rent is only getting higher, pollution and disease only grows more rampant and dangerous. All this time and effort he's putting into this very clear mental disorder of his could have been invested into research for Alzheimer's, Parkinson's and other diseases which unjustly shorten the natural lifespan of people. If you truly believe this is a good idea and a worthy investment, then I have no more words for you other than good luck and I'm sorry for you.

Basic advice: eat an apple first thing. No coffee as soon as you rise from your coffin. Apple first, maybe mint green tea if you'd like, wait 90 mins, then the bean juice. Oh, and odourless fish oil capsules, if you cannot stomach fish. If you can, get skin on salmon, that way you don't have to waste $50+ on a pointless collagen peptide cream that doesn't actually absorb into your skin.

Lots of the stuff he does isn’t as expensive as you’d think, especially the nutrition and supplements +fitness aspects. The majority of that 2 million coming from the comprehensive testing, imaging, and devices like the red light therapies, paying experts+doctors and everything in between.

Just to be clear, its not the exact time that Bryan wakes up that makes his body efficient. It's the fact that his circadian rhythm has adjusted to that time and it has been consistent for years. I always see this in videos that people wake up at 5 am because someone else does, and they complain they don't have the energy they should. Well thats because your body is use to waking up at 9 am and is wholly unaccustomed to that time.

And he believes that he is not ageing while anyone can tell by looking at his face he is definitely getting old. Poor dude got deluded by a shady company.
