this video is actually a wake up call to a lot of people, not only do you feel insecure but you might not even realize how truly impacted your health is because of it. He only did this for 50 hours and felt like absolute trash, imagine how it is to do this for months or even years on end, at that point you get so used to that feeling and all your limitations that you have no idea what you were capable of. It's just a downward spiral from there. Get out while you can

This is the same as the super size me argument, almost no one actually just eats like this. Do people eat junk food? Yeah. Is it literally all they eat? No And that small handful that do deserve what's coming to them anyways

Him feeling sickly after eating the junk food must have been from the placebo effect. The substances in processed food only make one actually sick over time, not immediately. I used to eat quite a lot of junk food a few years ago and didn't notice any changes in my state of being, but after I started to pay attention to what I was putting in my body and the affects of it, I now feel sick every time after I eat processed food.

Just rewatched this while having a full junk food day myself. The decrease in happiness is TOO REAL. physically I feel like death as expected but mentally I feel worse in every single aspect of my life. I thought I’d try all the foods I’ve been craving but after having so many of them after the other it doesn’t taste as great as when I’d have it in moderation with a healthier diet.

hey im proud of you for wanting to be healthy but unless you need to avoid some foods for health reasons, very strict diests often dont go long. if you fail one time dont blame yourself please, just adjust your diet. if you cant see yourself doing the same diet in future its a good sign your diet is too strict. often times counting calories and being aware of the contents of what youre eating (+ avoiding junk food switching for healthy alternatives) is enough. you can use apps for that. sorry if this seems out of nowhere or i assumed that you didnt know these, i just felt like saying these because back then i used to do really strict diets and everytime i "failed" id blame myself and go back to unhealthy lifestyle thinking i cannot be helped. none is true of course. take care

I’ve been off my healthy diet for about a month now and just been eating anything I want, mostly junk, and I can’t wait to get back into my old diet and routine. Junk food is good once in a while. But after eating it all the time my whole life literally feels apart. Low energy, sex drive, low motivation, low confidence. Moderation is key. What you decide to put in your body is very very important.

It hurts me to say that the stats you were spitting out and the absurd things you were doing just completely remind me of my life a little over a year ago. I literally didn’t understand what I was doing wrong which sounds insane , but it just seems to be so normal. Youre videos were my favorite resource through the process of losing about 100lbs but this one was honestly the most eye-opening to me in terms of how easy it is to fall into these bad habits and how much they can effect you. I hope you see this Will, I appreciate the help. (Also i hate comments like this on youtube vids and i always think theyre really corny but im just pretty faded rn and i thought you should know)

Obvioudly he had to eat lots to keep going but healthy food was not calorie dense enough so he was eating large pizzas, boritos, cheececake, donuts along the way. Sounds dope af! He ate like 27000 calories. One day I want to do that! Pls make that your next video if youre up for the challenge?

I was never obese or overweight or anything like that but I decided to change myself and started working out regularly and eating healthy and I can say that my motivation, my overall mental health improved massively. I had no idea what kind of junk I was eating my whole life. I got terribly fat and worst thing is I wasn't noticing how bad it is, until I went to doctor for a checkup and my results were terrible. That's when I decided to start living healthy. Bad thing is I am lazy and hate to research about food and I just couldn't count calories all the time so I decided to invest in a meal plan from Next Level Diet. Best thing I got myself in this life. I lost so much fat and got so much more energy when I started eating healthy.

And now a few weeks ago i started getting back on track. I was eating healthy with some treats hear and there, but i i wasn't overdoing it. I had a very balanced diet. I' ve been working out and so on. And today i fell off track i've been eating nothing but shit. I literally ate 400 gramms of chocolate bananas and just junk. I feel soo f horrible right now. This video deffo helped me get motivated again. Peace out
