@@dannydavis7187 many. the main thing he really needed was for the rope to be taut and not to slip, that's what caused the box to fall/flip every time (granted, the size of the box is still a challenge, but he should have been able to pull on the rope and have it anchor the box to his head, and not caused it to flip onto his back) hitch knots are probably the most basic but most useful (altho they need other knots to work the best heh)

Ah mate! We’ve got an unprecedented heatwave in the UK atm, and I was watching this as I was running 5k, so can deffo relate. Now, was I on a treadmill and in the shade with air conditioning, inside the gym? Sure, but it’s still like 35 degrees outside, and I could see it from the window so same thing!
