It's bogus, restaurant entrees are inconsistently portioned and the recipes themselves change. There's no way the portion Will got was over 2,000 calories, unless there was a whole stick of butter on the side that we can't see in the edit

What Will didn't know, is that Chili's tray of food actually has the most calories out of anything they ate in this video. I work at Chili's and know their tricks! That tray was actually around 3,000. BBQ Ribs/Honey Chipolte Ribs - 720/760 Calories Crispers - 590 Calories Honey Chipolte Crispers - 730 Calories Fries - 420 Calories Street Corn - 390 Calories Texas Toast - 140 Calories The majority of dipping sauces are around 160-200 calories for a small just shy of 2 oz cup and almost everyone I guess except Will in this video uses it with their crispers. At the very least, this meal should fill you up probably! There are worse things to mix and match with it instead of just crispers though.

I always feel like at SOME point there's no reason for the calories to be so high. I mean there has to be a threshold where more sugar or more fat is just redundant and doesn't actually affect the taste anymore, right?

For me personally I have a low sugar threshold where if it tastes too sweet and I can’t eat it…. The US adding more sugar to foods makes it hard

When even professional calrioe counters couldn't guess that pasta tray. Yeah alot of people think they are eatting "healthy" but really it's super high in unnecessary sugar and fats. Even online recipes I also cut the sugar in half and still comes out sweet.

I love Olive Garden. Dip the bread sticks in the salad dressing, then dip it in a pile of cheese super delicious.

i do prep and line cook at Olive Garden, the amount of fat in the tour of italy is crazy, the alfredo alone is heavy cream and hella butter plus and all the parmesan. then there's extra meat sauce and OG cheese on the lasagna, which is why it look like a pile of goo. i'd honestly average the tour of italy to be closer to 2,000 than 1,500, ntm all the bread sticks, with the margarine on it

It's scary that businesses make and sell menu items that have as much or more calories as the daily recommended intake. They're legitimately meant to be meals for one person, except the chili's tray which you could definitely order as a share plate for multiple people.

Honestly Chili's Ultimate Smokehouse Combo with the Ribs (House BBQ), Jalapeño-Cheddar Sausage, and Nashville Hot Crispers isn't awful if you had to miss a meal that day. 2,020 calories and 100g protein (if you aren't eating the sides). I could eat 2 and still be 460 calories short of my current daily calories. 😂
