It's been done there is no software or driver components to make it work.

Sure give it a shot. I'll watch. Chances are it may not be noticed by the Xbox but it's worth a try and will make for a good video in any case.
Oh would love to see the m.2 port been added,Seems like all the lanes are still there running to it.
Cool video man. I'd watch for sure if you tried the m.2 port 😎😊
I would love to see if it can natively run a m.2 or not, might have to follow the controller circuits to see if they go to a controller IC that may also be missing unless the relevant board controller has already the capability for the extra storage, have a look at the newer ones and see if you can spot a drive controller for that ones board or if you have snaps of the dev one you should be able to identify whether it requires an extra IC or not.
M2 SSD attempt please! There might not be software support of course, but would still be cool to try
One of the pins on the redriver chip did look a bit black bud.
Xbox ONE beep On/Off issue is a pain in the ass to fix on the X Model. I have found on couple that the two black capacitors on bottom of the APU die out or even crack causing the issue or to the right of the Ethernet Port sometimes that area has a short.
Lovin the thumbnail lol was it intentional when you make the picture small enough it looks like you are giving MS the middle finger hahaaaaa
Came by your channel by accident really last night and although i don't own consoles i simply don't like them as i'm an old skool pc builder and gamer i mean i still use a mouse and keyboard for first person shooters a joypad just feels unatural and alien to me, But i am very interested in electronics so i've been watching your video's anyway especially on using hot air with surface mount components i do have a rework station myself but again im old skool used to a good old fashioned soldering iron, I work on CB and Amateur radio mainly as that has been another hobbie of mine ever since i was a child and fixing them has always interested me. But as a lot of new stuff is all surface mount components now a days that's what's interested me with your video's and your attention to detail and neatness, I would like to be that neat myself so i've learned a lot already from watching your video's. I've kind of shy'd away from surface mount stuff as for repairs and want to get out of this with more confidence. Thanks. i have subscribed.
Hi. What brand of multimeter are you using that shows the data in the video? Thanks
Thank you ❤️
Yeah probably dead APU, waiting for the uni t review, im looking for the UTI120S, is a 120x90 resolution ok for that thing? Or should I aim for the UTI260B with a 256x192 resolution?
Good attempt sir :)
I'm troubleshooting a similar issue, except in my case it stays on for ~5s before it beeps and shuts off. Oddly, I get 0.251V drop on C25 and C50 in Diode mode but only 281.0 Ohm drop in resistance. Is that normal? In comparison, C14 on the other hand shows 0.648V drop in diode mode and 5.9 Megaohm in resistance. Pin 19 HDMI - similar reading to C14.
Hi, did you find the problem on this? I got similar situation, beep on and straight off, just can hear beep without X button light, and immediately off. Do you have idea what is the problem? DC is working good, 12v supplying, no signs of anything, very clean inside.
Hey m8 please i need advise, is it possibile to transfer hdmi port on xbox one s, cable tv imput one to hdmi output side? I don know if they are the same?
Have a problem with my one x if u can help ..have to clear cache then it runs ok what could it be thks
Do you do all types of boards
Does a video of exist of your work on the dev kit?
Of COURSE I want you to try to add an SSD. Cool experiment.
Hey mate, why dont you remove the apu so we be sure of this problem?
Hard to help you here, as I'm not familiar with the xbox components whatsoever. But having trust issues when it comes to electronics, did you check the work the others did around the HDMI? Did you check the component you replaced after trying to turn the console on again? Sometimes a faulty component is a symptom, not the issue itself. Could also be the APU killing the TDP158, if it's really the problem. Can't tell if a faulty surge protector (EG3, EG4, EG6 and EG7) would be enough to shut down the system, as they're most likely pulling the data line to ground. Are the capacitors on the way to the APU fine? Maybe they show signs of something being wrong with the APU. If you checked everything around that, then you're probably correct with the APU being the problem. Punctual heat isn't a very good sign.
Plz plz plz try add a m.2 port would be an amazing video
YES please try and add a m.2
I’d love to see m.2 port on a Xbox one x!
If you do find a way to fix it that would be awesome!
Yes, try a m2!
Please try and add an M.2.
Are you live tomorrow m8
He'll yes and see if you can get it work
M8 got a broken one free £40 parts later I sorted hit for him.
another nice long video
I was thinking you should try to change a apu one day.

Hi pal
Did you really need to ask if we want you to put an m.2 ssd M8?!?!?
Hey 😀👍
I think the xbox one x is able to play xbox series games because it can also do 1440p at 120fps.
Bang
crap hdmi cables are not worth it
I suspect the m.2 support isn't in the firmware
Sonsinner
Have you tried dipping the whole board into saltwater? I did it it with my ps4 board and after that it never powered on again. So maybe saltwater will use UNO reverse card and do the opposite? I dunno, it`s just a thought.
I have a dead gtx 1070 you can have for free if you are interested?
Just the harddrive is worth 60 euros. Depressing video tho lol
