Drove both the A1 and the A2, and was a trainer on them too in a previous life. If you have stock air, don't leave it pressured when you aren't using it. Also, in weather below freezing, you may not be able to use the automatic tire pressure system as condensation in your air lines will freeze and block them (if that system is still in place) . Just some quirks to be aware of.

For the M939 Series,they actually have a M934,which has a shell on the back and you can easily convert into a camper.Same way with the M820 from the M809 Series.For the deuce and a half,you could buy a M109A3 or M185A3,even a M109A4,that are shop trucks too.

Awesome 5 ton. We have been trying to get a Japanese Mini Truck with a lift for our equine therapy program. Our program has several clients in wheelchairs or with a physical disability that a mini truck with a lift would be perfect. Plus when we go to hospitals it would helps us get the kids onto the horses.

Man that's awesome. I was in the military and always wondered what those huge trucks would be like in the civilian world. Now I know. Exciting! Put up some more stuff!!

Georgia is an open carry state. That said if you're not gonna do anything to hide your gun, you might as well keep your garment out of the way should you need to draw on someone/something.

Found one just like yours in Dover DE about a year ago on a dealer lot.. just awesome and insane.. wish I could upload pics of it.. It did have your buddies label on it for the build :) I am a h1 sucker/ always wanted .. or a power wagon.... just a never get stuck type of person after my last truck ( dodge hd2500 4.56 axles all around, 33” and arb air compressor/ lockers)

Yeah, the 5t brings back a lot of bad memories. As an M.P. almost all of the vehicle incidents that involved 5tons were operator related, specifically they underestimated the distance needed to stop and plowed into the back of the vehicle in front of them. Or wall, lots of walls.

@@mongolsmffm4829 LOL I went and pulled my old ticket books out of storage for giggles and grins to see how many 5tons were in there. 72 involving 5tons, 67 were at fault. Average age, 20. LOL
