Blood pressure anxiety is one of the most common types of health anxiety. This hypnosis video helps you reduce anxiety and worry about your blood pressure and addresses common behaviours like excessive checking of blood pressure and googling blood pressure symptoms.
The suggestions used in this hypnosis are designed to help you think differently about your blood pressure. The video is not meant for people who have been diagnosed with hypertension. It is intended for people who have been confirmed healthy by a doctor but are suffering from health anxiety or anxiety.

    I started out watching your videos about 6 weeks ago by finding your resources on blood pressure phobia. I just had to tell you my good news. While I still have work to do, yesterday I went to my midwife appointment and got a 117/78 blood pressure reading. I wasnt scared!!! I was with one of the most easy going, reassuring midwives, which certainly helped but I am super excited to make progress. Thank you so much for your work with this misunderstood phobia! This is pretty phenomenal considering this past winter I managed to get 200/100 blood pressure readings (luckily not infront of my old doctor, my new doctor was a huge part of convincing me that blood pressure phobia can do these type of readings).

    Thanks for this now I know blood pressure phobia is a real thing- 178/113 Was my last reading 📖 and I’ve been scared to check it ever since almost three most prego and I’m trying really hard to control with with diet and exercise- I will be doing these exercises everyday. Thanks!

    @@ninagarcia5874 it’s such a hard thing to go through. My heart goes out to you. I was lucky to have a midwife, and a new family doctor, and who got down to the bottom of my issue of actual high blood pressure from stress vs clogged arteries. Once the cause of my high blood pressure was determined Martin’s videos have been very helpful . If you can figure out that anxiety and phobias is causing your high BP I encourage you to carefully watch his videos, take notes and to print off his resources and put them in a binder . Look at the binder every day and challenge yourself to put something in writing . Challenge yourself with experiments to test your thoughts. This is hard . It was through experiments that I started to believe that stress has more of an impact on my blood pressure than salt and exercise . The hypnosis videos are very helpful too .

    Can you please make a video about fearing that your dpdr or panic sensations is a seizure that doctors can’t find ( My case after 1 mri and 3 eeg ) and how common the fear is. Only hear people talk about heart attack or brain tumour

    i have blood pressure anxiety since 2 years. i m really afraid of monitoring my bp as i thought that it would raise nd i will feel more panic. in these two years i avoid drs just because if i go, they will monitor my bp. once i felt my stomach upset nd went to dr. i was very anxious when doctor became to check my bp it raises as 100/140. after 2 mins i asked to again monitor my bp as i felt relax as conpared to my previous conditons when he monitor again it became 80/120 without any medicine. he astonished. my question is that my bp is just due to anxiety? m not a hypertension patient properlt?

    The suggestions are aimed at reducing the excessive monitoring that fuels blood pressure anxiety. As long as you monitor your blood pressure at the frequency your doctor recommends it should be fine.

    You can but you may fall asleep before the end. (there is no harm in falling asleep but you will not benefit from the full recording)

    Good morning sir. My blood pressure some time is going up 160/100 but after 20 minutes was come normal without any midecnce my doctor don't give any medicine doctor told this is anxiety blood pressure. Your advice please
