Before this I was 141/77 after 100/77. I plan on doing this more. With dealing with high bp in pregnancy been trying to bring it down. (Being sent to a high risk doc.) I was able to feel calm.
178/100 with hotflashes (i suspect meno pause) since it's happening sporadically, and usually my blood pressure is fine. After this meditation, 134/78 Thank you !!

How long after the meditation did you measure your BP
BP before 152/85. After 133/80.

Great. That is a big difference in systolic blood pressure!
Meditation is more holistic to reduce Blood Pressure than medications with all their nasty side effects.! Request you to kindly add a few more similar videos. Thanks. 🙏

Very good meditation and I liked the absence of distracting music and the pauses.
Just enough instruction that allowed me to focus on my breathing. A great meditation for me is when ten minutes feels like five minutes because I was where I was meant to be. Thanks

This has got to be the best meditation voiceover I've listened to since I found that one other yoga video with the woman who sounded like my pediatrician. I agree! I suffer from extreme generalized anxiety and PTSD and my blood pressure is bad. My diastolic was 105 today. I have been listening to guided meditation relaxation for over two decades, and his voice is the most relaxing yet. ❤

Before 145/93 after 121/78 I’m doing a 7 day check as I’ve been told to every 6 months, I’m wondering if I just have a panic when I take the test first. It’s usually very high first time, so I take it 3 times morning and 3 times night for a lab average score. After I’ve slowed my breathing down it does drop by the third time. But I don’t relax and breath like this all day every day, only when taking the test ha

The more I concentrate on breathing the more anxious I get Seems it’s just me I seem to relax best when I don’t fixate on my body

Going from this very relaxing meditation to a political ad was a bit counterproductive. Will have to be careful to escape quicker.
Not nearly long enough for me to stop the thousands of thoughts running through my mind and of course no reduction in Blood Pressure. NEXT!......
