I have a nice canoe, I go where there is very few to no other people. It’s quiet, peaceful, safe and it sits in the back of my pickup nicely after I pick it up and place it there. I love my canoe.

Alfred you are the best at this. I've watched a couple imitators recently and they just don't hold up, nobody does it like you do. You give us the commentary without trying to insert yourself into the action, some of these other guys out here try to start drama to create content, you just let it unfold naturally and I appreciate that. No need to be an ass to create content, there are already plenty of people on the ramp acting like ass holes, all you have to do is aim the camera and give us some commentary from afar. Seems like some of these other guys don't understand that and want the video to be about them.

Only thing I saw him do wrong is fire his boat up to blow all the water out of the engine to close to other people! He should have known the limitations to doing that without bothering (spraying) someone else. I used to do that to our jet skis all the time, when done mindfully and correctly it doesn’t bother anyone. The fact that he wants to buy a large, older formula boat doesn’t bother me. That rig right there didn’t cost near as much money as some people are thinking. Btw, it’s a 2WD heavy half ton gas powered dodge. When he got to the crest in the ramp it shifts the weight to the rear of boat for a moment causing him to loose traction. That’s why he tried turning and hitting it at an angle.

He wasn't clearing out water. He was trying to push with the boat and had the motors trimmed up too much, so it sent a wave of prop wash at the people on the dock. There's water that cools the motors, but it doesn't move the volume that's seen here or with this much force or the force you'd get from a jet drive. It's just going thru the heat exchangers and out which is nothing like having a jet drive shoving water out with the force needed to move the craft. It was dumb and probably not on purpose but it did soak some people and it doesn't take that much water to take the legs out from under someone. It could have easily been worse with someone getting hurt.

I like how after he got out of the ramp the bilge pumps kicks in that boat probably has a lot of water inside of it making it extra heavy. The attempt to push the truck and trailer out of the water with the boat motors was hilarious also. It doesn't look like he has enough tongue weight on the back of the truck either as he was leaving it looked to be riding high at the trailer tongue adjusting the position of the bow V block and winch would help that out easy fix.

That ram didn’t have 4x4 that’s why he reved the engine to help the truck get that big joker up the ramp, as doing so it kicked up water supposedly getting water on the lady from the other boat, but hell what did she expect, she should have been getting her behind in the truck in the first place, and none drop of water got on her from what I can see

Dude needs to learn how to trailer his boat and buy a bigger truck with 4x4. I don't think I've ever seen anyone throw that much water at the ramp.

At my lake spot it is illegal to swim, wade or be in the water within so many feet of the boat ramp/boat dock. The way there are people getting in the water to push their boat from the trailer is new to me. Ive never seen this done with a boat other than a "jon boat". And then they use the side ramp that has two strips of concrete for the trailer tires. This is very odd to see.

I used to have to power load my inboard onto rug trailer rails ( even peanut iol didnt help much). But it never did that. Illegal and dangerous too but many have to . Outboards can have rollers but the weight from inboard needs solid bars. It was funny but rude the lady couldnt even leave the dock. Lots of stuff gets thrown up by shore. He seemed to be looking right at her too

That wasn't a power load. He was trying to use the boat to help push the truck up the ramp. You simply need to back your trailer a little deeper into the water rather than trying to drive the boat onto the bunks. It's slightly more work to ensure that the boat is on the trailer evenly when it is pulled out of the water, but that is just the cost of doing business, as they say.... 🤷‍♂️

LOL, if you are getting splashed, step out of the way. You’re out boating for gods sake, expect to get wet or at least don’t get pissed if you do. There was no malice.

The Lady down in the bow of the boat is not on the dock and can't see what's coming. She's the one that really got it. The lady on the dock could step back after getting wet initially.. If I can't pull my boat out of the water and need to use my inboards or outboards to push the truck when the are very trimmed up, I'm going to warn people behind me of what's coming so they have a chance to move. This Captain did not do so and judging by the difficulty he had getting up the ramp shows he has a whole lot to learn.

What a mess. Putting aside the likelihood that he didn’t have 4 wheel drive, there’s a major balancing issue with that boat and trailer. The trailer is a few feet short for that boat. It should be long enough for the bunks to provide support all the way back to the transom. Not even close.
