何事も下準備、仕込みが仕事の七割だと実感させられる。丁寧な仕事が大事だなぁ！ 美味しい訳だよね。

調理場が綺麗　まな板が綺麗　包丁が切れる　手際がいい　仕込みに無駄がない‼️　遠い　食べてみたい店ですね

早朝からの丁寧な仕込み、開店と同時のノンストップの鍋ふり。スタッフの息のあった動き。オードブルやお持ち帰り(お弁当？)の対応。全てが素晴らしい😂実際に食べている方が、羨ましい😃これからも、皆さんに愛されるお店であり続けるでしょう🎉お疲れ様です。

懐かしい。 24年ぶりにお二人を動画ですが見れて感激です。 奈良に帰ったら行きたくなりました。

とてつもなく大変だ毎日この作業をやっていると思うと頭が上がらない。

昔はカウンターがあって、そこから大将の仕事ぶりを見ることが出来たんだけど、久しぶりに厨房の中を見れました。 今は亡き親父からの常連ですが、親父は店の名前を『チャンピオン』と間違えて覚えていましたよ。笑

なんかずっと見てられる😊

懐かしい！ まだやっておられたんですね。 嬉しくなりました。

本日ランチに行ってきました！ かた焼きそばセットをいただきましたが、美味しくてボリューミー！最幸でした。 いつまでも続いて欲しいお店です。 ごちそうさまでした。

ここは本間に旨い！ランチの牛ピーランチ週一で10年ぐらい食べてるけど裏側見れて嬉しい反面コレ以上行列なったら困る町中華

めっちゃ美味しそう！！！ それにボリューム満点！ 子供の頃から中華大好きです！！！😋
