The trigeminal nerve can respond to temperature, so cold air on the face can trigger the sneeze reflex. If sneezing when inhaling cold air becomes a frequent or bothersome issue for you, it may be a good idea to consult with a healthcare provider to rule out any underlying conditions or allergies that could be contributing to this reaction.

An itchy nose is a sign that you have been exposed to allergens. The nasal mucosa secretes fluid to cleanse itself. What can be done in this situation: rinse your nose, take an antihistamine, avoid the allergen if possible. It’s also good to humidify the air where you are and avoid dehydration. If you want a nasal medication, they mostly have an antihistamine component as well. It would be better if the doctor prescribes some medicine. Hold on! We wish you good health!

Perhaps this irritates the inflamed nasal mucosa even more. We would recommend that you consult a doctor. Perhaps they would advise you on medications to relieve allergy symptoms.
