@@DrVikasSharmaMD I have CHRONIC RHINITIS - Can I mix/combine - Natrum mur(30) + Arundo maur(30) + Sabadilla(30) + Dulcamara(30) + Allium cepa(30) in a 100/200 ml empty dropper bottle ? - I have all the above symptoms. PLUS - Separately can I use R84 ? Plz reply !!

Good morning sir I am suffering from this allergies. Everyday I get up in the morning there is a regular sneezing almost 6-7 at a time and regular runny nose and sometimes throat irritation and blocked nose at night. And these symptoms get triggered any time. I am really fed up of this allergy. Please suggest me the best medication Eagerly waiting for your response.

I had Allergic Rhinitis since past 10 years, I tried homeopathic,Ayurvedic and Yunani medicines none of which helped. I took allopathic anti-histamines and nasal sprays but they provided temporary relief. Then on advice of family doctor I started exercising mainly running daily. In 1 month I started to see a decrease in my symptoms and in 3 months I was perfectly fine, believe it or not regular exercise CURED me of this problem!

@@formaniremon1573 I have been suffering from allergic rhinitis since last 10 years. Through out year. Treatment started with allopathy (montek lc and Allegra), tried ayurvedic also. Homeopathy gave relief for some time but not effective. All I need to know your symptoms, treatment and exercises.
