Good Morning! I just came across your channel on KZread and joined. If a woman is going through Perimenopause, taking birth control and tries to eat healthy/exercises every weekday, is it natural to Still have my period? And I'm not talking about bleeding a week or less, but Weeks PLURAL...As in MONTHS? My cycle began in March and its the middle of May now. I don't use Tampons because You're supposed to 'Let It run its course', not plug it up, but because of work its its nearly impossible to see my Doctor where I live (Clinics here are Closed the weekends)? What should I do? Again, I do use Birth Control. Can you please advise?

Hello Great info! I always have spotting the day before my period only, that is usually how I know my period is soon to start is because there is one day of spotting then next day my period starts Ive never had spotting outside of 1 day right before my period.. @@sacredsoulinsight8249 Thank you for your reply. I have been drinking yarrow tea and vit c, this has helped. Also went for a course Chinese acupuncture and acupressure including a herbal tea, I can really feel a difference.

I had regular periods till last month. I am 23 years old and i passed blood cloth last month after 1 week of my period and this month i am having very less bleeding. Also i eat good fruits and vegetables. Could you help me with this issue?

Can I get an answer to this please. I decided to start skipping my period for the first time this month on the 16th of this august. My Flo app said I was supposed to start the 20th. I am currently 8 days late for it. I am not pregnant. I have been taking 2 and a half weeks of active pills as of now. I take Tri sprintec. I have been spotting and kinda bleeding but not heavily and it goes away every now and again. What do I need to do in order to continue skipping my period without any breakthrough bleeding occurring at all?

@@polkadot3969 ah yes it’s been 10 months exact since I last wrote that comment. I just waited till I stopped bleeding to get back to my normal pill routine and it took a moment but eventually it went back to normal. I decided that bleeding constantly and more randomly and longer than usual while trying to skip my period is a lot more of an annoying problem for me when I could just suck it up and deal with the short 5-6 days I do bleed but i know at least I am always off by the 7th day. I have been on birth control (pill form) for 3 years now i didn’t want to mess up the schedule my body naturally has and that’s what it did. In conclusion some people get lucky some don’t it’s a more common thing to completely stop having periods when on the implant but some still do so it’s a 50/50 situation you either take the chance of stopping it or not and continue to suffer being a woman cause either way we will bleed without choice.

I always have spotting blood in between my period an it always happen in the morning

Am always spotting between my period this is the second month,I did a an ultrasound imaging and every was fine,so I was told it could be an hormonal imbalance,what can I do to stop it completely,

Hello am I am from india,I am 28 years old unmarried and I suffer from mid period spotting since class 10th, I consult doctor and she gave me iron tablets, it cured..But after 5 months it again started. After that it alternatively continued..Whenever I take iron tablets it doesn't happen bt sometimes instead of taking proper meal it happens.why it is happening I consulted many doctors bt it not cured plz help me

I'm 16 and have experienced spotting before. Idk whats going on it usually happen towards the middle of my cycle, during the ovulation time. I dont have irregular or heavy periods, they are pretty normal, and I noticed it happens after I exercise along side some mild cramps. I'm scared :( is this normal?
