This doesn’t delay it, (I think) it just makes it over quicker, cause of the vitamin C So you can also drink lots of orange juice to help

@@FahmidaK 16oz of warm water, 600mg of any ibuprofen, 1 pack of unflavored gelatin. There’s a 32count box of gelatin i got at kroger. Each pack is 1/4 oz… I crush my ibuprofen and add that and the gelatin in the warm water and keep shaking it. It’s nasty but im used to it

This is not a myth, probably how my body works. If my periods are delayed, i drink a shot of lime extract or lemon extract without adding any sweet stuff like sugar and honey. I drink a lemon/lime shot every month to have a regular period cycle but, if i don't drink it, it's gonna get late by 3 or 4 days.
