Thank you! This is always a struggle for me on our weeks out in the van. Being in our 60s the long drives kill my back. Just have to stop and move more. Thank you for all the ideas. ❤

I have back problems too and you may want to consider getting different seats. I used to only be able to drive for about 3-4 hours but now I can go all day. Here’s what we installed in our van and also our truck: kzread.info/dash/bejne/gaZhwaafZLGfhM4.htmlsi=NVJl4MOGExpuSjWz

I don’t know if people continue to listen to the media when it regards health but I am seeing more people being paranoid about “sugar”. Especially when one recommends an apple which has an avg of 18 grams of SUGAR! Please stop parroting incomplete information. You gain more weight from eating FAT than sugar alone. Numbers matter. 4 grams per carb 9 grams per fat. Simple math! People are just bias to their preference. People LOVE FATTY FOODS! Yet never complain that fat is an issue. Stop the insanity lol 😂

that's because fat is a much better fuel source. it doesn't spike insulin like sugar and carbs do....which is why we have a diabetes epidemic
