The Dutch lady is awesome and I’m sad there is no more videos and I don’t think there will be any more as they were posted 7 years ago !!!! I’ve only just discovered this channel and think you’re amazing! I’m actually leaning and not sounding to bad with your videos. I just moved to The Netherlands from the uk and am self teaching my self the language and finding it very difficult and you’ve definitely helped me! I’m just sad that there are no more videos, I’m assuming there won’t be either as they were all posted 7 years ago 😭

First one is singular, the second one is plural, I think, just judging by order. For example in English, we say, "YOU three are funny", for plural, and, "YOU are funny", for singular. There's no difference between the two "you" 's in English, but many languages do differentiate between the two.

Hey DutchLady! I have a question about the 'w'. To my ear it sounds like "vay" and my Oma and Opa definitely use a 'v' sound, but of the two Dutch tutors I've had, they both say that is incorrect. They say the sound is a plain 'w' sound. For example: Winkel. I hear Vinkel, but my tutor says no, it is Winkel. Can you help me with this?

Because nobody responded and I am dutch myself, I will try to explain it to you. Like she says in the video you have to put your front teeth on you lip. This is actually hard to explain without sound... just listen carefully to how she pronounces it. That is the right way, but there are different ways because of dialects. The way she pronounces it is in real dutch, no dialect added.
