Same problem with me. To be honest, we don't need the knowledge of tons of English words. Instead we need the repetition of simple English words and sentences in daily routine. To the extent we repeat simple words in our conversation , the more we will be able to speak. Because after repeating same words for a number of times our tounge and mind gets used to using the daily routine words in conversation without any effort.

Hi

Thinking is very important part of spoken English because whatever you can think, you can speak. So make a habit to think in English. Everything takes time. In the beginning it will be difficult but when you will practice and practice it will be part of your memory and once it becomes your habit them English will come naturally from your mouth.

I started listening this after an 8hour long class I had online where everyone has to turn their camera on! And all I wanted was to sleep with someone talking in background because I missed it while attending the class! But to my surprise, as soon as I closed my eyes I straight up went to lucid dreaming where I was able to control the emotions of other characters in my dream and as soon as I woke up after an hour I remembered each and every aspect of the dreams I saw! Such a powerful video 💥

도움이 되는 좋은 영상입니다! 요즘 일-집-일-집 이렇게 반복이다보니 인생이 별로 재미가 없더라구요 ㅠㅠ 그래서 좀 재미를 찾기위해서 사람들도 만나고 자기계발도 할 수 있는 거 알아보다가 예전부터 알고 있던 언어교환101 회화스터디 등록해서 3번정도 나가봤는데 상당히 좋은 에너지도 받고 영어회화 연습도 잘 되서 좋더라구요~ 확실히 저는 사람들이랑 있을때 에너지를 얻는것 같아요ㅎㅎ 확실히 자기계발도 되고 새로운 사람들 알게 되니까 장점이 큽니다!

I honestly understand English. I think that my English is good, my pronunciation and grammar is fine (but I must admit, I still commit mistakes sometimes). However, when it comes to like speaking it, I don't know. Likeeee sometimes I stutter, I forget words, I mispronounce. But I swear when I'm alone or when I talk to my sisters, my English like my grammar and pronunciation is perfectly okay. One time we had an impromptu speech, i knew what to answer but I was really having a hard time speaking. I guess I'm just not good when it comes to public speaking or communication in general. Edit: I'm sometimes not even sure if I said the right words. Please keep in mind that English is not my first language.

English is my first language, everything you typed here was fine. My favorite part was when you said you sometimes commit mistakes. And also to the random guy in the comments, it's comfort zone not comfart zon

I am a native English speaker, and I must say your comment was very fluent, great job! Especially your usage of the word “like”, I am from California and that is a very common filler word here. That is a common problem for learners of any language. I am learning Mandarin and Japanese right now, and I have found that when I am put on the spot and try to converse with others in either language, I can freeze up and basically forget everything I know about the language. It is due to your brain not being used to it, and instinctively wanting to converse in your native language. It can also be due to a fear of making mistakes. The only way to get past this is through practice. If you have someone else to practice speaking English with, that is great for your learning. Even if you don’t, there are other ways to practice. For example, if you have an iPhone, you can set Siri to English, which helps you learn how to ask questions and respond on the fly, and can also improve your listening skills. I hope this helps! I am sorry for the long reply, I just had a lot to say. I tried to use pretty simple English, but also used a couple colloquial phrases as well, such as “freeze up” and “on the fly”. I hope those didn’t prove too difficult. Good luck in your learning! :)

i honestly think speaking any language is the hardest part. you feel like you are screwing it up, sounding stupid, it's not working out in your head, etc. I'm learning french in school and Korean in my free time and definitely speaking is the hardest part. you will get there! your english is really good! you are doing amazing! you should give yourself some credit. learning a language is hard and you did it! it will all work out with some practice is all!

Hang in there, find a native English speaker to practice with online, maybe through Skype.

Ive been following up with Web3 Ignite IGNITE3 for a while, and I must say that Im thrilled with its novel approach to governance. Future events are exciting!
