Why doesn't the lunch step rotate rather than detaching lower body movement from rear? Is it just the rules or biomechanics? British so knowledge of wrestling limited.

@@izanagi187 That's really dumb. Even if you knock him out, you'll now have a neighbor who will actively seek to kick the shit out of you for revenge. Odds are, they'll bring a weapon. People skills is what you need, not a 1-2

Good video good move. but while in purely Greco Roman wrestling this will be simple enough to execute. in mixed martial arts even someone who has almost no experience with martial arts such as myself will know what to do in this situation if the move is not executed quickly enough and 100% correctly. you are definitely right about putting your leg between his legs and lowering your body so you are automatically in more stable position and you have your head bellow his (and that last part is important not just for having a lower center of gravity) but also grabbing his other arm is very important because if his head at any point lower than yours and his other arm free he can put dome of his head on your jaw hinge wrap his arm around your head and make it very painful for you or even submit you from this position and give you knees to the upper legs if it was mixed martial arts. but if you execute the move you showed perfectly and you are quicker than him then it will work nonetheless.
