    Nathanimal your a fucking hero! I live in south Britain and theres absolutly zero Greco, freestyle or any kind of wrestling to learn from, your videos are top content and are as close as i get to training on the mats with a coach. Thank you!

    Do you have a defensive counter for the threaded reverse kimura tie - which sometimes transitioned to after a 2-on-1 tie
