Thanks so much. The manual suggests you need a degree in engineering just to study all of the parts before you even bother to install the blade. Also I had no idea the wrench was in the back of the saw. Super helpful. Many thanks!

Thanks for the great video. The manual sucks! Some idiot OK'd the use of light grey type on white paper. Your video was a great help to me. I was amazed to find out that there was a wrench housed in the back of the saw.

Best video yet. The manuals are always minimum with details. I snugged up the blade after putting the blade on with the lock still engaged. After tightening, I released the break and noticed sluggish turning? It seems to click as it turns the blade? I guess this is normal ? I will put battery on and check it tomorrow when the battery is charged. Thank you for your videos! Much appreciated.

Yes, and no. For left handed circular saws the it spins clockwise. But the blade teeth will always face and cut the wood same way.

Mine is too can't get it off

I need to install my blade and have tried clockwise and counterclockwise to remove the screw to install. Nothing is moving. Which way should I be turning to remove to install blade?

have same model, full battery, and not overtightened, but the saw will not turn. there is a clicking sound that comes up with it. Have had it for just under 1 year. Any advice?

When you say will not turn do you mean will not lock in place to remove the blade or do you.mean it does not turn phen you press the triger?. If it clicks and will not turn when tricker is pressed i would say relay might be bad and you need to try to get it replaced hopefully thrue warrenty

I have a saw like this and i got the screw out but i cannot get the outer washer out (the lock washer) can you show how to remove that washer?

Sorry for yhe delay. The bottom washer does not come off. You can take it off if you really needed to by removing the ring that holds it in place. Only the top washer comes off and that should just pop up once you remove the screw.

I think you turn it counterclockwise right ?
