Thank you for the fantastic tear-down. I just got a Rylo (in full working order). My current expectation is that in 2021 hardware support end. This means Rylo owners will need to mod and DIY fix for longer term use. Your video is first I've seen with good teardown. Thanks for taking the time to show what you did (even after you finished doing it) and editing out the trial and error/2 parts requiring both hands. FYI: Someday I want to add some external air cooling, a microphone muff and/or adapter (so motorcycle doesn't just sound like wind), (epoxied ?) mount, and probably an external battery adapter (less heat, longer life, less weight to stabilize, and not proprietary).

There are 2 hidden screws under the battery door towards the end that opens

Do you have any info on how to get the battery door off? Also, it looks like you broke the loops on the plastic face when you were prying it off. If you pull the long screws out from under the rubber pad first, I think they run through those loops and hold the two plastic faces on. If you pull those screws first, the two faces should lift off without damage.
