Hey i think i need some extra help here, so everything went well until i was on the recovery select page and the specific files that i was trying to recover were with the state "unrecoverable" / "poor" is there any way i can fix it? thanks

The recovered files are now unplayable! They take up space, but VLC is now showing no video. Is there another step that can fix these files?

I downloaded the application and was able to find my accidental deleted videos but it’s stated that “this file is overwritten with F:\DCIM\_H013986.MP4. When I try to play the video is does not work. If anybody has any suggestions, I believe maybe my video is corrupted. Videos where from a GoPro.

how come i couldn't recover my videos when even I bought a pro version?

When it recover does it put the data back on the sd card?

No. Recovering files to source could overwrite the very files you're trying to recover. Instead, specify a new folder on a different drive to restore to, then copy those restored files back on to SD card afterwards.

I tried this & it recovered a bunch of stuff that took about an hour.. Then window closed and there's nothing anywhere

You very lucky, my video already done recover, but the file type is QuickTimeMovie, not Mov or MP4. So sad :")

Very interesting! Unfortunately for me I had pressed ctrl Z to put files I didnt mean to import back onto the SD card but it just deleted them instead, but I pressed ctrl Z too many times so the name of the folder changed back to New Folder- I think this is why nothing comes up for me in this tool😮‍💨Because the camera itself is not coming up as a location option so I can only check the folder I was trying to move them to.

Take the memory card out of the camera and insert it into a slot on your computer instead.
