I stay very locked to you guys vids since I discovered you. Awesome stuff. I was wondering if it made sense to perform several different dumbbell exercises in a single rotation? So I'm thinking something along the lines of a simple hammer curl into an upright row, into a dumbbell press. Or something to that extent. Is it smart to hit so many muscle groups so quickly?

most stretches aren't needed. Unless you do crap load of reps or rather intense cardio. When you are doing strengthtraining, you don't want to stretch because you may further the damage on the muscles from the Heavy lifting.

I tried this, and it hits the whole bicep but also the shoulder as well - due to the rotation I suppose. Unfortunately I had also done OHP, rear delt flys, and side laterals prior to doing this and couldn't get too many reps in due to my shoulders being tapped.

I have a problem when working out the long head of the triceps. It hurts my shoulder when I bring up my arm to do that one dumbell behind your neck/back or whatever work out. Its not my position cause it doesn't hurt at all in any position on my right shoulder.

Try lighter weight at first. Could be because you lack muscle in a specific spot to do it correctly. Make sure you're focusing on correct form. If that doesn't work, it could be due to a prior injury, and you may just have to refrain from doing that lift altogether, and focus on others.
