Thanks for sharing this, as this is an issue for which I haven't seen a solution. I'm in an ownership role and the building seems to have the same situation as the one in this video.

Would love to find a contractor that could do our roof. Have contacted a couple metal roofers who claim they can't do Parapet Roof

Yes the covering of the wall repaired the leaking.

Hey, I just wanted to check in and see how this is holding up a year later. Does it seem like it fixed the leak issue?

Yes the leaked was solved. We did have some issues where the flashing wasn't sealed properly. Poor workmanship on my part. We returned and repaired the issue and no leaks for at least a year since.

Yes caulk and butyl tape. Remember that face caulking only last temporarily. Caulk was used in lap joints and and behind closures so not to be exposed to the sun.
