The easiest way to stop remembering your ex is to talk to yourself "what is"your name" doing now?". Keep mentioning your own name instead of her name and she will not always be in your mind anymore.

I broke up with my ex and I don't regret it at all even if it hurts. I'm tired of being ignored and breadcrumbed. We have limits as people and I have had enough

2 weeks of no contact he has been blowing up my phone off & on .. I’m pregnant with our 4th child but since we broken up and officially called it quits he has been in a relationship with someone else and I didn’t know . He said he wanted our fam back & even after I found out a few weeks ago he said he still loves us he never lied about that I just hope that karma gets him and he regrets everything .

Thank you for helping me along my journey…my ex went out with another girl he works with and he’s her manager, she got super drunk (rather he got her super drunk cause I doubt she bought her own drinks) then she told him all about her boyfriend and their unstable relationship--this date blew up in his face and he blamed me for it 🤣🤣🤣

I been losing my mind for 4 months i called her everyday called her job went to her house like 2/3 times she got a restraining order then dropped it cuz it effected my job. I'm not coach. Much experience with narcissists! It's a personality disorder, they simply don't have the capability to care. You are there fuel. They suck you dry then move on to someone else. When you start to get your life back or you think you can spar with them, does suck you dry again. You may try to fix them show them not everyone is bad. Remember they don't care about you only themselves

Sunday. It's been a week now since she broke up with me. it hurt so deeply. I wish I could get over it as soon as possible. I'm having a lot of sleepless nights, not being productive at work, etc. I just hope I won't break the no-contact rule. the first girlfriend to have in my life and in my early thirties and then this happens. What if 2 months after the breakup I reached out and he said he’s had second guesses and bad days but feels like he’s definitely made the right decision and his friend and family have told him he’s returned back to his old self. In the relationship he was happy he was changing now he seems to act like he feels better off now.

this is common, happened to me. sometimes people value too much what they friends and family think and end up sabotaging they own happiness. a lot of times those same friends and family are using that person for they own selfish needs like they time/attention/money/codependency and don’t want to see that person happy because they are not. Only you know the truth, but it’s obvious he isn’t ready to truly be happy.
