One thing I've learned is that no matter what you do or don't do, it's not going to affect the outcome of what your partner does. Another thing I've learned is how your partner treats you rarely has anything to actually do with you. the small details don't matter. They did what they did. They made their decision.

This is exactly what I’ve been going through trying to heal and accept that I was the problem too not only in relationships but in friendships too I find myself not wanting to be around anyone cause I just don’t feel my best self . I pray I become the women I see myself to be . And I hope I can forgive those who’ve hurt me I hope I can be forgiven too

Unfortunately, as much as I loved him, he brought the absolute worst, doubting me. I didn’t even know where it was coming from.
