    いつも動画拝見、大変助かっております。小豆ですが炊飯器で炊いて温度を60度程迄冷まして米麹を混ぜて保温機能で発酵させても良いですよね‼️以前お鍋で炊いた時大変時間がかかり目が離す事も出来ず結構大変だったのです。大変美味しくいただきました。‼️又、作る予定なので是非アドバイス宜しくお願いします😌

    コメントありがとうございます!小豆の炊き方は一般的に色々あるので炊飯器で炊いても良いと思います。おっしゃる通り温度管理も行うと美味しく仕上がります。

    麹パウダーでも作れますか?又炊飯器が無いのですが他の方法はないでしょうか?発酵メーカーでしたら持っています
